The St. Cloud Diocese will host its annual Humanae vitae Mass and reception Thursday, July 27, at St. Mary’s Cathedral.
This July marks the 49th anniversary of “Humanae vitae,” an encyclical written by Pope Paul VI and released in 1968, explaining the Catholic Church’s teaching about human life, married love, responsible parenthood and natural family planning.
To nominate a person in the diocese who has promoted the teachings of “Humanae vitae,” please write about the person’s qualifications in 500 words or less. Visit www.omf.stcdio.org and click on the “Humanae vitae” page to view a listing of past recipients.
