The Most Reverend Donald J. Kettler, Bishop of the Diocese of Saint Cloud, after the presentation of the Right Reverend John Klassen, OSB, makes the following appointment in the Diocese of Saint Cloud effective July 1, 2016:
Reverend Edward Vebelun, OSB, as ecumenical officer of the Diocese of Saint Cloud while continuing as pastor of the Church of Saints Peter and Paul, Richmond, and the Church of Saint Martin, St. Martin.
