The Most Reverend Donald J. Kettler, Bishop of the Diocese of Saint Cloud, makes the following appointment in the Diocese of Saint Cloud effective March 15, 2017:
Deacon Jeffrey Fromm to diaconal ministry at the Church of Saint Stephen, Saint Stephen, while continuing as deacon at the Church of Our Lady of Mount Carmel, Opole, and the Church of Saint Columbkille, Saint Wendel. As of this same date, Deacon Fromm is relieved of his responsibilities as deacon at the Church of All Saints, Holdingford, and the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Saint Anna.
