Pope Francis appointed Monsignor Andrew McKenzie as bishop of Dunkeld, Scotland, on Monday, May 27. As part of his education, Monsignor McKenzie graduated in 1998 with a master’s degree in liturgical studies from Saint John’s School of Theology and Seminary in Collegeville.
