Franciscan Sister Helen Ann Brake, 94, died Aug. 9 at St. Francis Convent, Little Falls. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Francis Convent Monday, Aug. 16, at 11 a.m. Friends may call at St. Francis Convent from 9 a.m. until the time of the funeral.
Franciscan Sister Joan Tuberty, 92, died June 26, at St. Francis Convent, Little Falls. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated July 6 at St. Francis Convent.
Benedictine Sister Bridget Ann (Scholastica) Donaldson, 81, died July 19 at St. Scholastica Convent, St. Cloud. The Eucharist of Christian Burial was celebrated July 26 at the Sacred Heart Chapel, St. Benedict’s Monastery, St. Joseph, and was followed by burial in the monastery cemetery.
Crosier Brother Robert “Bob” John Mandernach, 82, died July 20 at Mille Lacs Health System Long Term Care in Onamia. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 24, at the Crosier Priory in Onamia, with vigil and visiting beforehand.
Sister Renee (Genesia) Rau, 79, died May 22 at St. Scholastica Convent, St. Cloud. The Eucharist of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Friday, May 28, at Sacred Heart Chapel, St. Benedict’s Monastery, St. Joseph, followed by burial of her cremated remains in the monastery cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, May 25 at St. Mary Church in Melrose. Visitation continues Wednesday, May 26 from 9 to 10:45 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m.
Benedictine Sister Modesta (Lorraine) Arceneau, 90, died April 2 at St. Scholastica Convent, St. Cloud. A private Eucharist of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Benedict’s Monastery, St. Joseph, on April 8 followed by burial in the monastery cemetery.
Deacon Andrew Kunkel, 94, died Wednesday, March 31, at his home. He was a deacon of the Diocese of St. Cloud for 40 years.
