Kateri Mancini has been named the new director of social concerns for Catholic Charities of the Diocese of St. Cloud. She will begin at the position later in February. She currently works as the coordinator of mission education at the St. Cloud Mission Office.
“We are extremely blessed to have Kateri join our leadership team,” said Deacon Steve Pareja, executive director of Catholic Charities. “Her devoted faith, outstanding abilities and past experiences will have a great impact on both our organization and the community.”
Mancini earned a master’s degree in theology and pastoral ministry from St. John’s University in Collegeville. She received a bachelor’s degree in organizational communications and religions from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota. She is a member of Christ Church Newman Center Parish and serves on the Peace and Social Justice Committee.
“I look forward to the opportunity to help the community of Central Minnesota put their faith into action while living out Catholic Charities’ mission,” Mancini said.
