Enthronement of Sacred Heart of Jesus mission set for June 12-14 in Milaca

The Four Pillars in Faith Area Catholic Community hosts a parish mission titled “Enthronement of The Sacred Heart of Jesus” presented by Deacon Bill Jacobs and Giannine Morris of the Sacred Heart Apostolate in Knoxville, Tennessee, from Sunday, June 12, through Tuesday, June 14 at St. Mary Church in Milaca.

The mission begins with a family rosary at 6 p.m. on June 12 followed by the mission from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Mass will be celebrated at 6 p.m. June 13 and 14 followed by the mission from 7 to 8:30 each evening.

Four Pillars in Faith includes St. Louis in Foreston, St. Kathryn in Ogilvie, St. Mary in Mora and St. Mary in Milaca. Father Derek Wiechmann is the pastor.

“The primary goal of the mission is to encourage people to enthrone their families and homes to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and also for the parishes to enthrone their parish families and buildings,” said Rita Olson, faith formation director at St. Louis Parish and St. Mary’s in Milaca.
