Randall • St. James Parish August Fest begins with Mass at 10:30 a.m. Gorka’s chicken dinner with sweet corn served from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Event includes food and refreshments, beer stand, 50-cent jumbo ice cream cones, bingo, live music, country store, silent auction, cake wheel, games and “table of toys” raffle for kids. Free drawing for religious-themed quilt. Special hunters’ raffle for Whitetail War Chest with Henry .44 magnum rifle. Grand raffle drawing at 4 p.m. — over $12,000 in cash and prizes. (Church is located 10 miles N. of Little Falls on Hwy. 10.)
