St. Cloud • First of three consecutive Sunday afternoon ecumenical sessions titled “Can We Do More Than Pray?” is from 1 to 4:30 p.m. at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, 4310 Co. Rd. 137. Confronting power and violence with faith-focused action is the theme of today’s event. “Power and Control: Wheels of Abuse” will be addressed by Kim Salisto of Anna Marie’s Alliance and Dr. Vincent Smiles, professor at CSB/SJU, will speak on “Jesus and the Gospel of Non-Violence.” Register for this free event at BethlehemLutheran.org/more-than-pray.
