Empty Bowls – St. Cloud, City Hope Church

St. Cloud • Place of Hope Ministries hosts Empty Bowls from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the City Hope Church (413 Franklin Ave. NE). Event includes three soup stations, music all day, arts and crafts vendors, face painting and ballet group “Dancing for Jesus” at 4 p.m.
