Fresh Corn-on-the-Cob Sale — Jacobs Prairie, St. James Parish

Jacobs Prairie • St. James Parish sells locally-grown corn-on-the-cob (from Stoney Brook Farms in Foley) in the church parking lot by Germain Hall from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Drive-thru event. $5 per dozen. Call Marlene Dingmann at 320-248-0544 or Paula Schleppenbach at 320-248-6693 by Wednesday, Aug. 5, to reserve corn or make appointment for pick up at a different time. Reservations suggested — extra corn is limited. (Corn sale continues from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 9).
