Cold Spring • Sts. Peter and Paul Parish in Richmond hosts a Golden Ticket Cash Raffle, meat raffle and bingo starting at 11 a.m. at The Great Blue Heron Restaurant. Golden Ticket grand prize is $20,000. Tickets are $100. Only 1,000 tickets sold.
