Grounding Our Emotions During Tough Times — St. Joseph, St. Benedict’s Monastery

We will explore tools to help us practice “theological emotional intelligence” during these
tumultuous times. By doing this, we will grow in understanding the Benedictine practice of inner
stability as the realization that “where I am right now is where God is for me.”
Date: Saturday, November 15, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Facilitators: Becky Van Ness, OblSB, and Nancy Weldon, MDiv., Saint John’s School of
Theology
Limit: Minimum of 5 participants, maximum of 10 participants
Fee: $60 (includes noon meal at the monastery)
