Health Care Directive Information Sessions – St. Cloud Hospital, Hoppe Auditorium

St. Cloud • CentraCare Health and Light the Legacy offer free advanced health care directive information sessions from 1:30 to 3 p.m. in Hoppe Auditorium at St. Cloud Hospital. Certified facilitators and a notary public will be present to provide forms, answer questions and assist in completing directives. (A health care directive is a planning tool used to identify the person or people one wants to make health care decisions for them if they aren’t able to communicate.
