St. Joseph • Spirituality Center at St. Benedict’s Monastery hosts “Introduction to Centering Prayer” from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Led by Benedictine Sister Katherine Howard, the workshop presents this method of silent prayer rooted in the Christian tradition.
