Introduction to Centering Prayer — St. Joseph, St. Benedict’s Monastery

St. Joseph • Spirituality Center at St. Benedict’s Monastery hosts “Introduction to Centering Prayer” from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Led by Benedictine Sister Katherine Howard, the program presents the method of Centering Prayer and its relationship to other forms of prayer, including time for questions and discussion.
