Introduction to Centering Prayer — St. Joseph, St. Benedict’s Monastery

St. Joseph • The Spirituality Center at St. Benedict’s Monastery hosts “Introduction to Centering Prayer,” from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Led by Benedictine Sister Katherine Howard, this workshop explains the centering prayer method in relationship to other forms of Christian prayer. The workshop includes time for questions, discussion and prayer. Eucharist with the monastic community at 11:30 a.m. is optional. The workshop fee is $60. An optional noon meal is $8.
