Kindling the Imagination for Creative and Sustainable Ministry: A Retreat: Saint John’s Abbey Guesthouse, Collegeville
An intentional, alternative time and shared presence with other capable pastoral leaders. Together, participants will:
- nurture creativity as a resource for adaptive change and renewal;
- discover fresh approaches to fostering a healthy ministerial workplace;
- experience how ancient Christian practices blend creative expression and spiritual reflection;
- gain insight into leadership, differences, change, healing, and covenant.
Retreat leaders: Vic Klimoski brings extensive experience in pastoral leadership, theological education, and reflective practice. Barbara Sutton is a retreat leader with deep experience in ministry, spiritual formation, and leadership development.
