Parish Bazaar — Jacobs Prairie, St. James Parish

Jacobs Prairie • St. James Parish hosts Parish Bazaar starting with outdoor Mass (weather permitting) at 9 a.m. on the parish grounds. Breakfast of eggs, ham, sausage, hash browns, Texas toast and rolls served in handicapped accessible church basement from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Event includes bingo, cake walk, country store, kids’ inflatables, classic car display (1 to 4 p.m.) and beer garden. Brats, hamburgers, hot dogs, pop and candy available. The Wildwoods perform from 12:30 to 4:30 p.m. Silent auction (50-plus themed baskets) takes place during day, ending at 3:45 p.m. Around 20 quilts auctioned at 4 p.m. followed by cash raffle. (Located on Co. Rd. 2, between Cold Spring and St. Joseph.)
