St. Cloud • Prayer vigil — to reflect and pray for all who are in jail and for just reform for immigration — at 11 a.m. in front of Stearns County Jail, 807 Courthouse Square. (Hosted by St. Joseph Parish, Waite Park, this vigil is held regardless of weather conditions.)
