“Prayerful Pause: Advent Tending” — St. Joseph, St. Benedict’s Monastery

St. Joseph • First session (of three Thursdays) of in-person “Prayerful Pause: Advent Tending” is today from 11:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. at the Spirituality Center at St. Benedict’s Monastery. Those who attend will share the common prayer of lectio (prayerful reading) using the Gospels of the Sundays of Advent, followed by a shared meal and fellowship. They may also meet with a sister spiritual companion for 30 minutes during each week of Advent. Facilitated by Benedictine Sisters Mary Catherine Holicky and Eunice Antony, there is a limit of 8 participants. The fee is $90 for all three sessions, which includes a noon meal.
