“Prayerful Pause: Advent Tending” — St. Joseph, St. Benedict’s Monastery

St. Joseph • “Prayerful Pause: Advent Tending,” a three-session program led by Benedictine Sisters Mary Catherine Holicky and Eunice Antony, begins today from 11:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. at the Spirituality Center at St. Benedict’s Monastery. Those who attend will share the common prayer of lectio (prayerful reading) using the Gospels of the Sundays of Advent, followed by a shared meal and fellowship. They may also meet with a sister spiritual companion for 30 minutes during each week. The fee is $90 for the series, which includes noon meals. Other dates are: Dec. 12 and 19.
