Saved by Strength competition – Little Falls, St. Francis Health and Wellness Center

Little Falls • National Strong Man competitor Karl Gillingham will be the judge for “Saved by Strength,” a competition for people of all shapes and sizes, all strengths and ages from 16 up. Those who participate will test their abilities in challenges such as the farmers carry, axle deadlift, log carry and a tire flip/sandbag medley. Event is from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at St. Francis Health and Wellness Center (116 8th Ave. SE). Prizes given in each age category.
