Good Friday Silent Walk for Peace
The Franciscan Sisters of Little Falls invite the community to participate in a Good Friday Silent Walk for Peace on Friday, April 3, 9:30 a.m. We will gather at the west entrance at St. Francis Convent, 116 8th Ave SE, Little Falls, and walk together in silence. One of us will lead the procession carrying a cross as we stop to pray at various designated places throughout Little Falls. Bringing the cross and offering our prayers reminds us of the ways Jesus is always with us, in our joys and sufferings. Participants can take turns carrying the cross and leading the procession. The walk concludes back at the convent around 11 a.m. In the event of bad weather, we will hold the walk inside.
