Spiritual R & R Day — St. Joseph, St. Benedict’s Monastery

St. Joseph • Spiritual R & R Day, from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Spirituality Center at St. Benedict’s Monastery, offers time for quiet prayer, reflection, reading, walking, resting and meeting with a spiritual director, if desired. Group prayer begins and ends the day. Midday prayer and noon meal at the monastery are optional. Free will offering accepted. Lunch at the monastery is $13.
