St. Joseph • The Spirituality Center, St. Benedict’s Monastery hosts “Spiritual R & R Day,” 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Prayers, reflection, reading, walking and journaling, optional group sessions, and an opportunity to meet with a spiritual director.
