Summer Festival — Albany, Seven Dolors Parish

Albany • Seven Dolors Parish Summer Festival starts with an indoor polka Mass at 10:30 a.m. with music by The Nite Owls. Chicken and ham dinner with homemade pies served from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in air-conditioned, handicapped accessible parish center and Holy Family School basement. Takeout available. Event includes food and refreshments, fet kuchen, dunk tank, wizard bounce house, chug-a-chug train, Grandma’s stand, ring toss, bingo, games for kids, cake walk, hand-stitched quilts (sale begins at 10 a.m./raffle at 2 p.m.), live music by Gene Ostendorf Band (11 a.m. to 2 p.m.) and other musicians (3 to 6 p.m.), grand raffle drawing ($2,000 grand prize and 195 other prizes) at 6 p.m. (Need not be present to win.)
