The Nun Banquet, A Lenten Soup Supper — St. Joseph, St. Benedict’s Monastery

St. Joseph • The Nun Banquet, a Lenten soup supper to benefit Central Minnesota Habitat for Humanity, will be served from 4:30 to 7 p.m. in the monastery dining room at St. Benedict’s Monastery. (Enter through the Sacred Heart Chapel Gathering Place.) Menu includes meatless soups and chili, homemade bread, cookies and beverages. Tickets are $10 for adults, $8 for students or $30 for families with children under 13. Soup also sold for $10/quart and cracked wheat bread for $3/loaf. The Art and Heritage Place, which includes the Haehn Museum’s exhibit “It’s All God’s Work” and the Whitby Gift Shop, will also be open during this event.
