Virtual “Introduction to Centering Prayer” — St. Joseph, St. Benedict’s Monastery

St. Joseph • Spirituality Center at St. Benedict’s Monastery virtually hosts “Introduction to Centering Prayer” today and Nov. 12 from 9 to 11 a.m. Led by Benedictine Sister Katherine Howard, the workshop presents this simple method of silent prayer rooted in the Christian tradition. Each session includes time for questions, discussion and two or three 20-minute periods of Centering Prayer. Fee is $75.
