A divine mercy novena began on Good Friday (March 30), and continues through the Eve of Divine Mercy Sunday (Saturday, April 7).
Clearwater • St. Luke Parish: Confession at 2 p.m. Divine Mercy service begins at 3 p.m. with exposition of the Blessed Sacrament, readings, prayers, the Chaplet of Divine Mercy, anointing of the sick and Benediction.
Fergus Falls • Our Lady of Victory Parish: Eucharistic adoration from 1 to 4 p.m. Confession, rosary and prayers from 1 to 3 p.m. Holy hour, readings, Divine Mercy Chaplet and Benediction from 3 to 4 p.m.
Gilman • Sts. Peter and Paul Parish: Celebration begins after 8 a.m. Mass. Adoration from 9 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. Chaplet of Divine Mercy at 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Rosary will prayed be every hour on the hour from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. Confession from 1 to 2:50 p.m.; Divine Mercy closing after 3 p.m.
Harding • Holy Cross Parish: Celebration begins at 2 p.m. and includes adoration, music, Chaplet of Divine Mercy, Scripture reading and confession.
Isanti • St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish: Prayer service from 3 to 4:45 p.m. includes exposition, Divine Mercy Chaplet, confession and Benediction. (Hosted by tri-parish communities of Braham, Cambridge and Isanti.)
Little Falls • Tri-parish celebration at Our Lady of Lourdes Church: exposition of Blessed Sacrament, reflection, adoration and prayers — noon to 4 p.m.; confession from noon to 4 p.m.; Chaplet of Divine Mercy and Benediction — 3 to 4 p.m.
Perham • St. Henry Parish: Breakfast served by Knights of Columbus from 8:30 a.m. to noon. Eucharistic adoration — 1 to 4 p.m.; confession — 1 to 3 p.m.; Divine Mercy Stations of the Cross — 1:15 p.m.; Scripture rosary — 2:15 p.m.; Holy Hour with Scripture readings, Chaplet of Divine Mercy and Benediction — 3 to 4 p.m.
Randall • St. James Parish: Divine Mercy service from 1 to 2 p.m. with exposition of the Blessed Sacrament, Scripture reading, Divine Mercy Chaplet, confession and Benediction.
Rockville • Mary of the Immaculate Conception Parish: Divine Mercy prayer event begins at 1:30 p.m. with exposition and adoration and ends with Benediction and song at 4:45 p.m. Divine Mercy Chaplet every hour (sung at 3 p.m. and in Spanish at 4:30 p.m.). Reconciliation from 2 to 3 p.m. Father Ron Weyrens speaks on “Mercy” at 3:15 p.m. Soup and sandwiches served all afternoon and after Benediction in parish center. (Hosted by parishes of Cold Spring, Jacob’s Prairie, Kimball, Luxemburg, Pearl Lake, Richmond, Rockville, St. Martin and St. Nicholas.)
St. Cloud • St. Mary’s Cathedral: Divine Mercy Devotions — 1 to 4 p.m. — including prayer and confession; exposition and adoration of the Blessed Sacrament at 1 p.m. followed by “Divine Mercy in the Life of St. John Paul II” presented by Father Ben Kociemba; at 2 p.m. Father Michael Wolfbauer will speak on “Grace All the More: A Reflection on Thoughts of St. Maria Faustina Kowalska” and at 3 p.m., Father Tom Knoblach talks about “No Greater Love: St. Maximilian Kolbe Lays Down His Life for a Friend” followed by the singing of the Chaplet of Divine Mercy. Prayer event concludes with Benediction at 4 p.m. Light reception follows.
Sauk Centre • St. Paul Parish: Divine Mercy Sunday celebration from 1 to 3:45 p.m. begins with exposition of the Blessed Sacrament and adoration; confession from 2 to 3:45 p.m., and Chaplet of Divine Mercy at 3 p.m.; Mercy Mass celebrated at 4 p.m.; Light lunch served after Mass.
