Microcredit investing meetings April 22-23

Father Tony Kroll has arranged for a series of meetings with Working Capital for Community Needs, a microcredit company based in Madison, Wisconsin, which has 25 years of experience in helping people invest for social change.

WCCN works to improve the lives of the poor in Central and South America. Microcredit is the lending of small amounts of money at low interest to new businesses in the developing world.

Two representatives from WCCN will be at the meetings, which are at:

  • 2 p.m. Saturday, April 22 at Speltz House, 308 3rd St. S., Sauk Rapids;
  • 6 p.m. Saturday, April 22, at Sacred Heart Church in Sauk Rapids;
  • 9 a.m. Sunday, April 23, at Annunciation Church in Mayhew Lake; and
  • 11:40 a.m. Sunday, April 23, at Our Lady of Lourdes Church in Little Falls.
