SATURDAY, OCTOBER 5

Cambridge • Christ the King Parish Oktoberfest begins with pork chop dinner with homemade desserts from 4 to 7:30 p.m. Hot dogs available for children. Mass at 5:30 p.m. Activities, which end at 8 p.m., include beer garden, bake sale, silent auction and cash raffle drawing — $1,000 top prize.

SUNDAY, OCTOBER 6

St. Cloud • St. Augustine Parish Harvest Sunday begins with breakfast of sausage,eggs, hash browns and fresh doughnuts served from 7:30 a.m. to noon in parish center. Event includes sale of baked goods, fresh garden produce and home canned jams, jellies and sauces. (Mass at 8 and 10 a.m.)

Verndale • St. Frederick Parish Fall Breakfast, Bake/Produce Sale and Raffle begins with free will offering breakfast of pancakes, French toast, ham and scrambled eggs from 8 a.m. to noon at handicapped accessible Lions Civic Center. Event includes garden produce and bake sales. Chances for queen-size embroidered quilt. Raffle drawing (cash and prizes) starts at noon.

West Union • St. Alexius Parish (one-half mile north of I-94 between Sauk Centre and Osakis) serves buffet-style Sausage Supper including smoked sausage, sauerkraut and spare ribs, headcheese, mashed potatoes and desserts from noon to 6 p.m. in handicapped accessible dining room. Stands open and mealtickets on sale at 11 a.m. Takeout available. Event includes live music, bingo, refreshments, kettle korn, pull tabs, games for all ages, country store, wagon of pumpkins, gourds and squash for sale. St. Cloud • Holy Spirit Parish Fall Festival begins with Mass at 4 p.m. followed by spaghetti dinner from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. sponsored by the Holy Spirit KCs. Activities, from 5 to 7 p.m., include cake spin, family games and scrip bingo. (Event continues tomorrow.)

SUNDAY, OCTOBER 13

Isanti • St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish hosts 25th annual SetonFest starting with Mass at 10:30 a.m. Brass Rail chicken dinner beginning at 11:30 a.m. Event includes Mother Seton craft and farmers market, silent auction, cake walk, games for kids, raffle, bingo, bean bag tournament, carpet ball and botto lotto.

St. Cloud • Holy Spirit Parish Festival continues from yesterday with a breakfast buffet featuring ham, sausage, pancakes, scrambled eggs, hash browns and cinnamon and caramel rolls from 8 a.m. to noon. Mass at 9:30 a.m. Event includes family games, cake spin and grand raffle drawing at 11:30 a.m. — top prizes $2,000 and grandfather clock.

Urbank • KC Chesterton Council 1995 serves Oktoberfest sausage dinner with sauerkraut, mashed potatoes and gravy, veggies and dessert from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in Sacred Heart Parish hall.

WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 23

Pelican Rapids • St. Leonard of Port Mauritius Parish hosts fall roast beef dinner with mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans and pie from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. Silent auction.

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 25

Opole • Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish hosts family fun night from 6 to 9:30 p.m. at church. Event includes games for all ages, food, beer, turkey bingo, bake sale and silent auction.

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 26

Bluegrass • St. Hubert Parish Harvest Festival — from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in faith formation building — features breakfast and lunch including caramel rolls, barbecues, brats, hot dogs, potato salad and pies. Event includes crafts, bake sale, produce, jar bar, bingo, silent auction, cutlery and Christian woman’s and parish nurse booths.

Chokio • St. Mary Parish Fall Bazaar is from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at parish center. Event includes bake sale, crafts, grab bags and country store. Lunch features homemade soup, chili and barbecues. Raffle drawing at noon — quilt, cash, gift certificates, prizes.

SUNDAY, OCTOBER 27

Belgrade • St. Francis de Sales Parish serves sausage and pancake supper from 2 to 7 p.m. at parish center (across from church).

Breckenridge • St. Mary of the Presentation Parish Fall Festival begins with Mass at 10 a.m. at church. Booths open in St. Mary’s School (across from church) at 10 a.m. Roasted turkey and pork dinner from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Cash raffle at 1:30 p.m.

Menahga • Assumption of Our Lady Parish hosts Community Fall Brunch/Silent Auction from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Mass at 8:30 a.m.

Staples • Sacred Heart Parish Annual Fall Dinner begins with Mass at 10:30 a.m. followed by chicken and roast beef dinner from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. served in church basement. Event includes bake sale, produce stand, bingo, plant sale and raffle.
