Officials: June 26, 2024

On the recommendation of the Priests’ Personnel Board, The Most Reverend Patrick M. Neary, C.S.C., Bishop of the Diocese of Saint Cloud, makes the following priest assignments, effective June 26, 2024:

Reverend Richard Aubol to serve as the parochial vicar of the parishes of Saint Joseph in Bertha, Saint Hubert in Blue Grass, Saint John the Baptist in Bluffton, Assumption of Our Lady in Menahga, Saint Michael in Motley, Sacred Heart in Staples, Saint Frederick in Verndale, and Saint Ann in Wadena, which are known as the Mary, Mother of the Church ACC.

 

 

Reverend Mitchell Bechtold to serve as the pastor of the parishes of Saint Andrew in Greenwald, Saint John the Baptist in Meire Grove, Saint Mary in Melrose, and Saint Michael in Spring Hill, which are part of the One in Faith ACC.

 

 

Reverend Ronald Dockendorf granted status of a retired priest. Father Dockendorf has been serving the diocese as a priest since his ordination in 1982, most recently as pastor of the parishes of Saint Joseph in Grey Eagle, and Saint John the Baptist in Swanville.

 

 

Reverend Marvin Enneking to serve as the pastor of the parishes of Saint Rita in Hillman, Holy Cross in Onamia, Saint Therese Little Flower Mission in Vineland, and Sacred Heart in Wahkon, which are known as the WOHVn in Faith ACC.

 

 

Reverend Joseph Herzing to serve as the pastor of the parishes of Christ the King in Browerville, Saint Joseph in Clarissa, Saint Joseph in Grey Eagle, Saint Mary of Mount Carmel in Long Prairie, and Saint John the Baptist in Swanville, which are known as the Five Star ACC.

 

 

Reverend Omar Guanchez Rivas to serve as the pastor of the parishes of Holy Cross in Butler, Sacred Heart in Dent, Saint Henry in Perham, and Saint Lawrence in Rush Lake, which are known as the Northern Cross ACC.

 

 

Reverend Oswaldo Roche to serve as the parochial vicar of the parishes of Saint Andrew in Greenwald, Saint John the Baptist in Meire Grove, Saint Mary in Melrose, and Saint Michael in Spring Hill, which are part of the One in Faith ACC.

 

 

Deacon Daniel Ruprecht, following ordination to the priesthood, to serve as the parochial vicar of the parishes of Saint Mary in Alexandria, Saint Nicholas in Belle River, and Immaculate Conception in Osakis, which are known as the Come to the Water ACC.

 

 

Reverend LeRoy Schik granted status of a retired priest. Father Schick has been serving the diocese as a priest since his ordination in 2003, most recently as pastor of the parishes of Our Lady of the Lake in Battle Lake, Saint Edward in Henning, and Saint James in Maine Township.

 

 

Deacon Kevin Soenneker, following ordination to the priesthood, to serve as the parochial vicar of the parishes of Saint Boniface in Cold Spring, Saint James in Jacobs Prairie, Saints Peter and Paul in Richmond, and Mary of the Immaculate Conception, Rockville, which are known as the Centered on Christ ACC.

 

 

Reverend Gabriel Walz to serve as the parochial vicar of the parishes of Christ the King in Browerville, Saint Joseph in Clarissa, Saint Joseph in Grey Eagle, Saint Mary of Mount Carmel in Long Prairie, and Saint John the Baptist in Swanville, which are known as the Five Star ACC.

 

 

The Most Reverend Patrick M. Neary, C.S.C., Bishop of the Diocese of Saint Cloud, after presentation by the Reverend Jilson Mathew Kakkattupillil, V.C., Provincial Superior, St. Joseph Province, Vincentian Congregation, makes the following appointment in the Diocese of Saint Cloud, effective June 26, 2024:

Reverend George Michael, V.C., to serve as the parochial administrator of the parishes of Our Lady of the Lake in Battle Lake, Saint Edward in Henning, and Saint James in Maine Township, which are part of the Disciples of the Mission ACC.

 

 

The Most Reverend Patrick M. Neary, C.S.C., Bishop of the Diocese of Saint Cloud, after the presentation by the Very Reverend Thomas Enneking, O.S.C., Conventual Prior of the Crosier Fathers and Brothers, Phoenix, Arizona, makes the following appointment in the Diocese of Saint Cloud, effective June 26, 2024:

Reverend Jerome Schik, O.S.C., to serve as the parochial vicar of the parishes of Saint Rita in Hillman, Holy Cross in Onamia, Saint Therese Little Flower Mission in Vineland, and Sacred Heart in Wahkon, which are known as the WOHVn in Faith ACC.
