“Eucharist and Living Justly: Blessed, Broken and Outpoured” is the theme of the annual Parish Social Ministry Gathering organized by Catholic Charities’ Office of Social Concerns. The event will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 24 at St. Michael Church in St. Cloud.
This day of information, prayer and service features a keynote talk from Bernie Evans, professor emeritus of theology at St. John’s School of Theology and Seminary in Collegeville.
The free event also includes Mass with Bishop Donald Kettler, additional speakers, fellowship and activities. Participants from across the diocese are welcome, and all presentations will be available through interpretation in English and Spanish.
