Retrouvaille weekends scheduled for couples experiencing troubled marriages

Couples in troubled marriages, with a desire to bring joy back into their relationships, are invited to attend a Retrouvaille weekend experience. Retrouvaille is a Christian peer ministry that teaches communication skills and offers a support community to couples experiencing pain and disappointment in their marriage. Those who attend learn the tools to rediscover each other and heal their marriage.

Retrouvaille is a community of couples, in all stages of marriage, who have experienced struggles in their marriages. The programs are not spiritual retreats, sensitivity groups, seminars or social gatherings. Couples do not receive counseling during Retrouvaille weekends and are not required to share their pain with anyone. Confidentiality is strictly observed.

Weekend programs start at 7 p.m. on Friday nights and end at 5 p.m. on Sundays at Dakota Ridge Best Western Hotel, 3450 Washington Dr., Eagan, Minnesota. Upcoming dates include: April 1-3,  June 3-5, Aug. 5-7, Sept. 30-Oct. 2 and Dec. 2-4.

A fee is required to confirm a reservation, food and lodging. There is limited capacity so early registration is encouraged. On the weekend couples will be asked to make a donation. One donation will cover all expenses for the weekend. Financial assistance is available. No couple is denied the chance to heal their marriage because they are facing financial hardship.
