St. John’s Prep announces 2019 top 10 students

St. John’s Prep graduates will attend a baccalaureate Mass and graduation ceremony at 10 a.m. May 25 in the Saint John’s Abbey Church. Bishop Donald Kettler and Headmaster Benedictine Father Jonathan Licari, will preside at the Mass. Hillel Hinton-Williams, son of Mary Hinton and Robert Williams of St. Joseph, will be the Class of 2019 speaker and chemistry instructor Eric Yanke will be the faculty speaker.

St. John’s Prep’s top ten students for 2019 are listed in alphabetical order.

 

Andrew Cao of Shanghai, China is the son of Guobin Cao and Rongxuan Zheng. Andrew will attend New York University in New York, New York.

 

 

 

Tina Chen of Sartell is the daughter of Wanyi Chen and LiChun Chen. She will attend the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities

 

 

 

Oscar Cheng of Ma Wan, Hong Kong is the son of Man Shun Mansion Cheng and Nhu Thuy Le. He will attend Syracuse University in Syracuse, New York.

 

 

 

 

Cindy Deng of Beijing, China is the daughter of Hongjie Li and Qiang Deng. She will attend the University of California in Irvine, California.

 

 

 

 

Elizabeth Kolb of Saint Cloud is the daughter of Susan and John Kolb. She will attend Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon.

 

 

 

Reid Nydeen of Saint Joseph is the daughter of Lance and Pam Nydeen. She will attend the College of Saint Benedict.

 

 

 

 

Sichi Onyemeh of Ihiala, Anambra in Nigeria is the son of Uzonna and Ngozi Onyemeh. He will attend Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri.

 

 

 

Olivia Schleper of Saint Joseph is the daughter of Susan and Alex Schleper. She will attend the College of Saint Benedict.

 

 

 

Ally Wang of Shanghai, China is the daughter of Hui Wang and Yan Zhou. She will attend the University of Rochester in Rochester, New York.

 

 

 

Christine Xu of Changshu, Jiangsu, China is the daughter of Xiaobo Xu and Liya Sun. She will attend the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington.
