Afghan immigrant helps church agency welcome refugees from his homeland
After death threats from the Taliban, Wardak fled his homeland and came to the United States, settling in Green Bay, Wis. Wardak was hired as an interpreter by Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Green Bay to translate for newly arrived Afghan refugees.
