Jorge Quiroga, former president of Bolivia, stated the election of President Nicolas Maduro’s friends as a ‘constituent assembly’ “will install a Soviet state in Venezuela, liquidate democracy, end the Congress, cancel elections and turn Venezuela into a sort of Caribbean ‘North Korea.”
