“Introduction to Centering Prayer” — St. Joseph, St. Benedict’s Monastery

St. Joseph • The Spirituality Center at St. Benedict’s Monastery hosts “Introduction to Centering Prayer,” from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Led by Benedictine Sister Christian Morris, this workshop consists of four presentations explaining the method in relationship to other forms of Christian prayer. Each session includes time for questions and discussion. Three 20-minute periods of centering prayer are included during this workshop. Eucharist with the monastic community at 11:30 a.m. is optional. The workshop fee is $55, which includes a noon meal.
