“Introduction to Centering Prayer” — St. Joseph, St. Benedict’s Monastery

St. Joseph • The Spirituality Center at St. Benedict’s Monastery hosts “Introduction to Centering Prayer,” from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (Registration begins at 8:30 a.m.) Led by Benedictine Sister Christian Morris, this workshop explains the centering prayer method in relationship to other forms of Christian prayer. The workshop includes time for questions, discussion and prayer. Eucharist with the monastic community at 11:30 a.m. is optional. The workshop fee is $125, which includes a noon meal at the monastery.
