“Saved by Strength” Competition — Little Falls, St. Francis Health and Wellness Center

Little Falls • St. Francis Health and Wellness Center (116 8 Ave. SE) sponsors “Saved by Strength,” from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the center. In this competition for ages from 16 on up, participants will test their abilities in challenges such as the farmers carry, axle deadlift, log carry and a tire flip/sandbag medley. National Strong Man competitor Karl Gillingham will visit with competitors and be the judge. Minnesota Adult & Teen Challenge will participate, sing and give testimonies.
