Virtual Evening Prayer Service: “Prayer in Troubled Times” — St. Joseph, St. Benedict’s Monastery

St. Joseph • Benedictine Sisters host virtual Evening Prayer service titled “Prayer in Troubled Times: Easter — New Life After COVID?” at 7 p.m. Facilitated by Benedictine Sister Delores Dufner, this 20-minute online worship service includes spoken and sung prayers, Scripture, poetry, and intercessions. The Good News of Jesus’ resurrection is that love wins out over hatred and evil even in this present life. New life is born out of our negative experiences, out of the disappointments and pains of daily life.
