Corn Fest — Jacobs Prairie, St. James Parish

Jacobs Prairie • St. James Parish hosts Corn Fest with pulled pork and hamburgers, potato salad, coleslaw, all-the-corn-you-care-to-eat, chips and fruit from 3:30 to 8 p.m. (Hot dogs free for children under 5.) Event includes music by Max and Deb, silent auction and country store. Quilt auction at 5:30 p.m. To preview quilts to go christcatholic.com. Mass, with Bishop Donald Kettler presiding, celebrated indoors at 7 p.m. Cash raffle follows Mass. (Parish is located on Co. Rd. 2 between Cold Spring and St. Joseph.)
