Directed Retreat — St. Joseph, St. Benedict’s Monastery

St. Joseph • The Spirituality Center at St. Benedict’s Monastery hosts a directed retreat starting today at 7 p.m. through 5 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 11. Led by Benedictine Sister Eunice Antony and the Spirituality Center Team, this retreat includes time for prayer, silence, walks in nature, individual visits with a spiritual director, “lectio,” daily Eucharist and the sacrament of reconciliation, if desired. One day of solitude with no communal activities is scheduled. The fee, which includes meals, overnight accommodations and individual conferences, is $400.
