Catholic Charities of the Diocese of St. Cloud welcomes new president, CEO

The Corporate Board of Catholic Charities of the Diocese of St. Cloud has named Aaron Fisk as the organization’s new president and CEO, effective Tuesday, April 16, 2024.

St. Cloud Bishop Patrick M. Neary, C.S.C., said, “We are so fortunate to have had a dedicated search team and Corporate Board who ultimately named Aaron Fisk to continue the critical work of Catholic Charities as its new president and CEO. Aaron presents robust professional experience in leadership and a solid educational background in business and law. His gifts and commitment to the longstanding mission of caring for the most vulnerable in our communities will serve the people of our diocese well. We welcome Aaron and his family and eagerly anticipate the passion and vision he will bring to the organization.”

The organization, which serves 16 counties across the heart of central Minnesota, conducted a nation-wide search to fill the position. Fisk and his family reside in St. Cloud.

“I’m incredibly honored to join the Catholic Charities team as the new president and CEO. Having called central Minnesota home for over 22 years, my family and I are deeply rooted in the community and love both this place and its people. Catholic Charities’ longstanding commitment to serving all individuals, regardless of background or belief, resonates strongly with me,” said Fisk. “I’m excited to lead this organization in its mission to serve and enhance human dignity and make a meaningful impact in our community. Together, we’ll continue to build on Catholic Charities legacy of support and compassion for those in need.”

Most recently, Fisk was Senior VP of Custom Partnerships with Microbiologics in St. Cloud and has served on the Catholic Charities Board of Directors since 2022. He has over 20 years of leadership experience across varied industries and has been actively involved in the community and local nonprofits for more than a decade. Fisk graduated from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse with a degree in business administration. He also holds a master’s degree in business administration from St. Cloud State University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Minnesota Law School.
