“Bloods,” a comedy series about London paramedics that debuted on the British premium channel Sky One in May, is now available on Hulu. Belabored and in questionable taste, the show airs in six half-hour episodes.

‘Street Gang,’ Dec. 13, HBO

More than 50 years after its premiere, the children’s TV show whose roots are retraced in the documentary “Street Gang: How We Got to Sesame Street” has ranked as an American fixture for so long that it’s difficult to recall a time when it didn’t enjoy that status.

Movie: ‘Being the Ricardos’

The set of “I Love Lucy” was a toxic workplace. At least, that’s how it’s portrayed in writer-director Aaron Sorkin’s biographical drama “Being the Ricardos” (Amazon).

Movie: ‘Nightmare Alley’

The title “Nightmare Alley” (Searchlight) at least gives moviegoers fair warning of what awaits them in director and co-writer Guillermo del Toro’s noir-inspired screen version of William Lindsay Gresham’s 1946 novel, scripted with Kim Morgan.
