Festival – Morris, Assumption Parish

Morris • Assumption Parish Septemberfest starts with Mass at 10 a.m. followed by ham and roast beef dinner from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in handicapped accessible basement. Event includes music by the Slew Foot Family Band; classic car show; baked goods sale including fresh doughnuts; homemade Hispanic treats; root beer and beer garden; bouncy houses, petting zoo; theme basket drawing and service auction; garden produce sale; crafts; country store; jewelry tree stand and religious gifts. Bingo, games for all ages and selfies with Pope Francis. Auctions at 1:30 p.m. Raffle drawing at 3 p.m.
