St. Joseph • St. Joseph Parish Festival starts with bingo, games, food and refreshments at 5 p.m. “Joetown Rocks” — free concert from 6 p.m. to midnight  — features The Killer Vees in “Remembering Bobby Vee” and the ASA Students, The Graduates, Collective Unconscious and Brat Pack Radio. Fireworks at 10:15 p.m. (Festival continues Tuesday.)
