The Most Reverend Donald J. Kettler, Bishop of the Diocese of Saint Cloud, makes the following appointment in the Diocese of Saint Cloud effective immediately:
Deacon Joseph E. Hilber from diaconal ministry at the Church of Saint Leonard of Port Marritius, Pelican Rapids, and the Church of Saint Elizabeth of Hungary, Elizabeth, and surrounding communities to retirement.
